摘要
目的 :观察冷习服地鼠颊囊冻伤前后微循环的变化 ,为探讨冷习服机理提供依据。方法 :在恒温观察舱内 ,通过电视摄录系统先观察冷习服及对照组地鼠颊囊微循环 ,然后分别冻结各组地鼠颊囊 ,再连续观察冻结融化后微循环的改变 2h。结果 :冻伤后各组地鼠颊囊微循环均出现明显障碍 ;冷习服组微循环恶化的程度明显轻于对照组。结论 :冷习服地鼠微循环系统发生了适应性改变 ,这是增强机体抗冻能力的重要因素之一。
Objective: Changes in microcirculation of hamster cheek pouches before and after frostbite in control and cold acclimation groups were observed for the purpose of furnishing the evidence of cold acclimation mechanism.Method: The microcirculation in control and cold acclimation hamster cheek pouches was observed first using a TV camera system in a steady temperature chamber.Then,the cheek pouch was frozen and another observation was performed for two consecutive hours after the cheek pouch was thawed.Results: The microcirculation in the two groups was disturbed evidently after the cheek pouch was frozen and thawed.The changes in microcirculation of cold acclimation group were milder than that in control group remarkably.Conclusion: The adaptive changes occurred in microcirculation system of hamsters after cold acclimation.Those changes are important factors to enhance the resistance to cold injury for the body.
