摘要
合成了6种对溴偶氨-4-(5-)氯(溴、甲氧基)膦显色剂4-(5-)CPA-pB、4-(5-)BPA-pB、4-(5-)MOPA-pB。考察了这类试剂中含分析功能团(-PO_3H_2)一侧的苯环上助色团的位置和电负性影响显色反应性能的一些规律。助色团(—Cl、—Br、—OCH_3)位于膦酸基间位的 4-CPA-pB、4-BPA-pB、4-MOPA-pB 只与重稀土元素进行β型显色反应,而位于对位的 5-CPA-pB 和5-BPA-pB 可与轻重稀土元素进行β型显色反应,5-MOPA-pB 则可与15个稀土元素迅速进行β型显色反应。其配合物十分稳定,摩尔吸光系数高达1.8×10~5以上。
β-Type colour reactions of 4-(5-)CPA-pB,4-(5-)BPA-pB and 4-(5-)MOPA-pB with rareearth elements and some rules about theinfluence of the position and electronegativityof auxochromic group on the benzene ringhaving the functional group(—PO_3H_2)on thebehaviour of colour reaction have been studiedin this paper.When the auxochromic group is atthe meta position of the functional group(—PO_3H_2),as in 4-CPA-pB,4-BPA-pB and 4-MOPA-pB only β-type colour reactions mayoccur with heavier rare earths,if the auxochro-mic group is at para position,such as(?)5-CPA-pBand 5-BPA-pB,β-type colour reactions occurwith lighter or heavier rare earths in differentmedia and the β-type complex formed is verystable.5-MOPA-pB gives β-type colour reac-tions with 15 rare earth elements and the β-type complex formed is also stable.Their molarabsorptivities were about 1.8×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),this is the most sensitive β-type colour reactionwith rare earth elements reported so far.
