摘要
在气相臭氧浓度的靛蓝二磺酸钠分光光度法 (GB/T15 437- 1995 )基础上提出了液相臭氧浓度的测定方法 ,采用靛蓝二磺酸钠标准曲线法代替采用易分解的臭氧标准曲线法 ,得出测定条件λmax=6 12~ 6 15nm、ε =2 0 0 0 0L/(mol·cm)、pH为 2 ,通过碘量法比较实验 ,说明新的测定方法具有较高的精度和准确度 ,相对标准偏差(CV)小于 3.0 % ;比较结果表明忽略空白实验将引入 5 .0 %的系统误差。
A modified analysis method based on the determination of ozone—indigo disulphonate spectrophotometer(GB/T 15437-1995) in gas phase has been developed to detect the concentration of ozone in liquid phase. An analytical condition of λ max =612~615 nm, ε =20 000 L/(mol·cm), pH 2 is obtained by the titration of indigo disulphonate. Compared with potassium iodide method,it shows a higher precision and accuracy, CV <3.0%。 The results also prove that blank experiment will bring about 5.0% systematic error.
