摘要
以麝香百合 ROCCO品种的试管鳞茎为试材 ,研究低温、植物激素、糖以及培养期间的光照强度等因素对试管鳞茎增殖的影响。结果表明 ,预先使培养材料接受 2 0 d8℃的低温过程 ,采用 MS+0 .5mg·L- 1BA+0 .1 mg·L- 1 NAA的培养基 ,并添加 2 %的糖 ,对试管鳞茎增殖有明显的促进作用。并发现 ,在培养期间于 50 0~ 2 3 0 0 lx的光照强度范围内 ,试管鳞茎的增殖与光照强弱无明显的相关性。
Test tube bulb of mask lily ROCCO was used to investigate the influence of low temperature,plant hormone,sugar and illumination intensity on the proliferation of the bulb.The results showed that the proliferation of bulb was significantly improved under the condition of low temperature (8℃ for 20 days),MS+0 5 mg·L -1 BA+0 1 mg·L -1 NAA and 2% of sugar,and the apparent relationships between the bulb proliferation and illumination intensities (500~2 300 lx) were not found.
