摘要
本文讨论了卤素离子对吸附于银胶表面的喹哪啶酸SERS光谱的影响,分析了产生这种影响的可能原因,得到了如下结论:喹哪啶酸可使银胶发生明显的凝聚,从而产生SERS效应.当卤素离子加入喹哪啶酸—银胶体系时,由于取代吸附,卤素离子使吸附在银胶表面的喹哪啶酸分子部分或全部脱附,导致胶体凝聚状态不同程度的破坏,造成喹哪啶酸SERS信号强度的明显降低甚至消失。
In this paper we discuss the effect of halide ions on the SERS spectrum (?)rom quinaldinic acid adsorbed on colloidal silver surfaces, analyze origins of the effect and draw the following conclusions:The silver sol is remarkably aggregated by quinaldinic acid and the SERS effect is produced;Added into this aggregated sol system, halide ions can partially or completely replace the molecules of quinaldinic acid adsorbed on colloidal silver surfaces and to a different extent result in destruction of the aggregated sol system, and therefore the SERS signals of quinaldinic weaken largely and even vanish.
