摘要
当 5 0 %九孔鲍受精卵出现第一极体后 ,用 6 DMAP不同的浓度进行不同的持续时间诱导三倍体 .结果表明 ,6 DMAP的诱导浓度为 30 0 μmol/dm3 、诱导持续时间为1 0min时 ,其诱导的三倍体率为 90 %以上 ,并且胚胎的孵化率高达 85 % ,幼体的畸形率较低 ,为 5 0 %~ 5 5 % .用该方法多次进行了九孔鲍三倍体生产诱导和苗种培育试验 .本文还对 6
When 50% of zygotes of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta develop polar body I,6 DMAP at various concentration are used to induce triploid at different treatmenttime.Results show that when 6 DMAP is at concentration of 300μmol/dm 3,and treatment time is 10 min,the rate of inducing triploid can reach above 90%.In addition,embryonic hatching rate is at 85%,with larval deformity rate around 50%~55%. Many tests have been conducted under this method to induce triploid of Haliotis diversicolor aquatilis and larvae rearing experiment.This article also covers discussi on sonfunctional mechanism of 6 DMAP and factors of inducing triploid from Haliotis diversicolor supertexta.
