摘要
采用高锰酸钾作为氧化剂、分别使用四丁基溴化铵、四乙基溴化铵和苄基三乙基氯化铵作为相转移催化剂 ,考察了从油酸氧化制备壬二酸的行为。实验结果表明 :本体系中相转移催化剂的催化效率是苄基三乙基氯化铵大于四丁基溴化铵和四乙基溴化铵 ;四丁基溴化铵和四乙基溴化铵的催化效率相当 ;采用 2克相转移催化剂的催化效率大于采用 4克催化剂的催化效率 ;
The synthesis of azelaic acid through oxidation of oleic acid with the aqueous potassium permanganate(KMnO 4) has been studied by using the phase transfer catalyst (PTC).The results show that catalytic efficiency of the phase transfer catalyst BETAC is higher than TBAB,and TBAB is nearly as efficient as TEBA.The effects of 2g PTC s used are better than those of 4g PTC s,and the yield of azelaic acid is raised as the amount of potassium permanganate increases.
