摘要
借助X射线衍射技术 (XRD) ,低频阻抗法 ,X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)等手段对BaTi4O9(f) /0 .6 4BaTi4O9-0 .36BaPr2 Ti4O1 2 复合陶瓷新材料的相组成、介电性能和样品中Ti元素的价态变化进行了研究 .研究结果表明 :该复合陶瓷新材料只由BaTi4O9和BaPr2 Ti4O1 2 两相组成 .加入BaTi4O9纤维后 ,复合陶瓷材料中Ti3 + 离子和Ti2 + 离子的含量降低 ,氧元素的含量提高 ,并对该材料体系的介电性有明显的改善作用 ,其中含 10 %BaTi4O9纤维的BPT10试样的性能最佳 ,其εr=6 4,tgδ =1× 10 - 4 (1MHz) .
BaTi 4O 9(f)/(0.64 BaTi 4O 9-0.36 BaPr 2Ti 4O 12 ) composite ceramics were prepared to meet the need for a new kind of microwave dielectric ceramics with modifiable dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and small temperature dependence. The phase composition, dielectric properties, the chemical state of Ti element and abundance of the constituent elements on the sample surface were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD), LCR meter method and X -ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that this system is composed of only two phases, i.e. BaTi 4O 9 and BaPr 2Ti 4O 12 . The contents of Ti 3+ and Ti 2+ decrease and O element increases in the BPT system composite ceramics due to the addition of BaTi 4O 9 fibers, which make the dielectric properties of the system improve greatly. BPT10 sample, which has 10% BaTi 4O 9 fibers, had the best dielectric properties in this system, with ε r = 64 , tg δ =1×10 -4 (at 1 MHz), which might be a potential candidate for microwave dielectric ceramics.
