摘要
本文研究了在Triton X-100和聚乙烯醇(PVA)共同存在下,镉和碘化钾及丁基罗丹明B体系的超高灵敏显色反应。其最大吸收波长位于640nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.14×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),桑德尔灵敏度为9.9×10^(-5)μgCd(Ⅱ)/cm^2。镉含量在0—1.2μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。将拟定的方法应用于废水中痕量镉的测定,获得了满意的结果。
This paper describes a highly sensitive colour reaction for determination trace of cadmium ( Ⅱ ) using Cd (Ⅱ ) -potassium-iodide-butylrhodamine B system in the presence of Triton X-100-Poly( vingl )alcohol(PVA) mixture.The absorbance maximun is measured at 640 nm with the apparent molar absorptivity being 1.14× 106L·mol-1·cm-1.Sandell sensitivity is 9.9×10-5 μg· cm-2. Beer' s law is obeyed for Cd( Ⅱ) ivn the range 0-1.2μg/25ml. This method has been applied to determine Cd (Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfact-tory precision.
