摘要
针对某机组在安装调试阶段出现振动超标问题 ,应用多通道信号采集系统测量轴系振动特性 ,进行故障机理与相关因素分析 ,采用转子动平衡的措施校正补偿发电机转子热不平衡响应 。
In accordance with excessive vibration of a generator rotor during its installation test, a measurement of the vibration is made by using a multi channel data acquisition system. Careful analysis of the factors of the problem shows that the vibration is due to the thermal bending of the rotor shaft caused by exciting current of the generator. The vibration is effectively reduced to its normal value by adding weights at two balancing planes on both sides of the rotor.
