摘要
目的:研究兔脂肪肝模型中肝脏脂肪含量与MR成像的肝脏信号强度、肝脏T2值之间的相互关系,探讨MR定量诊断脂肪肝的价值。材料与方法:对造成不同程度脂肪肝模型的实验组16只家兔和正常对照组4只健康家兔行MRI检查,分别在SE、FS、IR序列下成像,测量各序列MR图像上肝脏信号值并计算出肝脏的T2值。对肝脏进行组织学检查,用图像分析系统测量肝脏内脂滴占肝脏单位体积的百分比(VP值)。结果:实验组VP值与SE序列T2WI的肝脏信号强度、肝脏T2值之间存在有显著性意义的线性正向相关关系(r=0.76、0.79,t=4.38、4.79, P<0.01、0.001)。结论: MR可以定量诊断脂肪肝的肝脏脂肪含量,但其临床应用有待于进一步研究。
Objective: To study the relation between fatty content of liver and signal intensity of MR imaging, T2 relaxation time, and to assess the value of MR. in quantification of fatty liver. Materials and Methods: Various types of MR sequence including SE, FS, IR sequence were used in examining sixteen rabbits of experimental groups which were induced to various degrees of fatty liver and four rabbits of control group. Liver signal intensity was measured and liver T2 relaxation time was worked out. Liver specimen was ex- amined histologically and the ratio of fatty content in liver to liver volume(VP value)was measured by image pattern analyzer. Results: Significant linear positive correlation(r = 0. 76. 0. 79, t = 4. 38. 4. 79, P<0. 01、0. 001 )was found between VP value and liver sig- nal intensity on T2WI, liver T2 relaxation time respectively. Conclusion: The amount and degree of liver fat may be estimated by MR, although its clinical value need to be assessed further.
