摘要
从长期受LAS污染的土壤中分离,筛选到三株高效降解LAS菌,它们可利用LAS为唯一碳源生长,经鉴定其中两株为邻单胞菌(PLesiomonas),一株为黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas)。对这三株菌进行的质粒消除和检测实验结果表明它们利用LAS的能力依赖于降解质粒的存在。
From the soil polluted dy LAS we Selected three strains of bacteria which can use LAS as the sole carbon source and biodegrade LAS with high efficiency. Two of them were identified as Plesiomonas, one as Xanthomonas. The experinental results of plasmid remove and plasmid detectien showed that ability of biodegr ading LAS depends on theexistence of the plasmid.
