摘要
通过传递和获取的间接经济效益所代表的含义，研究了国民经济各部门对国民经济的带动作用和推动作用，提出了一个分类指标，将国民经济各部门分为不同的作用类型。根据１９８７～１９９７年的四川省投入产出表提供的数据，在数量上分析了四川省各部门十年来对国民经济的带动作用和推动作用的变化。研究发现：各部门的作用类型并非永远是固定的，将随着经济的发展而发生类型转变。
Based on the meaning presented by transmissive indirect economic effect and obtainable indirect economic effect, the drive effect and the propel effect of each department on national economy are studied, and a classification index which classifies the effect of each department of national economy into variant types is given. According to the data of input-output of the Sichuan province from the year 1987 to 1997, the variation of the drive effect and propel effect of each department on Sichuan national economy for ten years are analyzed quantitatively. It is found that the type of each departmental effect is not constant, but various with the development of economy.
