摘要
利用高温超导材料 YBa2 Cu3O7-δ对氧的呼吸作用进行了苯的深度催化氧化的研究 .实验表明 ,当反应温度为 480℃ ,空速为 2 0 0 0 ml· h-1· g-1,空气气氛中苯分压为 6.0 7k Pa时 ,苯转化率可达 93 % .随着温度的降低、空速的增加和苯分压的升高 ,苯转化率下降 .当反应温度为 3 60℃ ,空速为 5 0 0 0ml· h-1· g-1,空气气氛中苯分压为 1 0 .0 3 k Pa时 ,苯转化率降至 2 0 .6% .
The deep catalytic oxidation of benzene is studied by using the oxygen breathing properties of superconductor YBa 2Cu 3O\- 7-δ . It is found that the conversion of benzene can reach 93%,when the reaction temperature, space velocity and the pressure of benzene in the atmosphere are 480℃,\{2 000\} ml·h -1 ·g -1 and 6.07kPa. The conversion of benzene decreases with the temperature decreasing and space velocity, pressure of benzene increasing. The conversion of benzene decreases to 20.6%,when the conditions are 360℃, 5 000ml·h -1 ·g -1 and 10.03kPa.
