摘要
教育评价指标体系应由评价指标、指标权重、评价标准构成。设计指标体系时 ,应以评价目标为依据 ,力求其灵活性和可操作性、可测性和概括性、全面性与重点性、独立性与相关性、定量与定性相统一。
The formation of the educational evaluation system should contain evaluation index, index and norm. When designing the index, evaluation target should be based upon, the following factors should be considered, i.e. the flexibility and operation, measuring and generality, totality and specificity, independence and relativity, and the quantity and quality.
