摘要
在力学分析的基础上 ,建立了正交异性钢箱梁桥面铺装体系的力学模型 ,通过有限元计算 ,研究了正交异性钢桥面板铺装体系的力学特性 .从铺装层厚度、材料、横隔板间距、钢板厚度以及梯形加劲肋刚度等方面 ,探讨了在弯沉值、应力、应变等约束条件下正交异性钢箱梁桥面第二体系的优化设计方法 ,给出了正交异性钢桥板各个参数的合理数值界限 .将本文的结果与已建成的同类型桥相比较可知 ,本文的设计结果合理 。
Based on analysis of mechnanics, the modal of pavement system of orthotropic steel box girder bridge is established. The mechanical behaviour of orthotropic steel box girder bridge is researched by FEM. The structural optimum design for the second system of orthotropic steel bridge considering deflection, stress and strain is discussed from the aspect of thickness, module of the pavement, distance of the transverse beam, the thickness of steel deck and the stiffness of trapezoidal rib, etc. The rational numerical demarcation of each parameter of the orthotropic steel bridge deck is offered.It can be seen that the result of design is reasonable which will provide theoretical basis for large span steel box girder design after comparing the results of this paper with that of other similar bridges.
