摘要
本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对洼地绵羊的血红蛋白 ( HB)及血清转铁蛋白 ( TF)位点多胎性进行了分析。结果表明 :1、洼地绵羊 Hb位点含有 3种表现型即 Hb AA、Hb AB、Hb BB,受 2个等显性等位基因 ( Hb AHb B)控制 ,其中 Hb B为优势基因 ;2、Tf位点检出 5种等位基因 Tf A、Tf B、Tf C、Tf D、Tf E,组成 9种表现型Tf AA、Tf AB、Tf AC、Tf BB、TFBC、Tf BC、Tf CD、Tf CE,其中 Tf C位优势基因。3、血液蛋白质位点的不同表理型之间 ,母羊产羔数有一定的差异。根据 Hb位点 ,洼地绵羊早期应选择 Hb AB型母羊 ,而 Hb AA型母羊较差 ,根据 Tf位点 ,含有 Tf
The study analysed blood protein polymorphism by means of vertical po lyacrylamid gel electrophoresis for detecting the gene freguencies of haemoglobi n(Hb) and serun transferring (Tf).1. There are 3 phenotypes at Hb locus (HbAA,Hb AB,HbBB) in wadi sheep. They are genetically control by 2 alleles (Hb A and Hb B).Hb B is the superior gene.2.there are 5 alleles in wadi sheep at Tf locus (Tf A?Tf B?Tf C?Tf D?Tf E) and five Tf alleles consist 9 Tf phenotypes( TfAA?TfAB?TfAC?TfBB?TfBC?TfBC?TfCC?TfCD?TfCE).Tf C is the superior gene . 3.Lambing amount has difference of different protein locus phenotypes In early selection, HbAB is better than the others at Hb locus and ewes which have TfE g enes lambing amount is low at Tf locus.
