摘要
目的 为进一步探讨清营汤治疗温病营分证的作用机理。方法 在成功复制家兔实验性营热阴伤证动物模型的基础上 ,采用拆方研究的方法 ,测定了实验前后家兔脑脊液中肌磷酸激酶 (CKP)、血清Na+ 、K+ ,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛 (MDA)的变化。结果 清营汤组、滋阴组和清解活化组血浆中MDA的含量皆明显降低 ,SOD的活力提高 ,血清K+ 、Na+ 的降低皆受到抑制 ,其中尤以清营汤组和滋阴组最为显著 ;清营汤组、滋阴组和清解活化组家兔脑脊液CK的活力明显都低于病理组 ,其中清营汤组与正常对照组无明显差异 ,而滋阴组和清解活化组与正常对照组之间差异显著并以清解活化组尤为明显。结论 清营汤的药理作用是多方面的 ,具有保护脑组织损伤、维持电解质平衡、抗脂质过氧化的作用 。
OBJECTIVE To further investigate into the mechanism of Qingying Decoction in the treatment of the yingfen syndrome of epidemic febrile disease. METHOD Animal models with the syndrome of exhaustion of yin by ying heat were made successfully and the changes in the cerebrospinal CKP, serum Na + and K +, SOD and MDA were determined. RESULT In the Qingying Decoction group, yin-nourishing group and heat-clearing and activating group, the content of MDA dropped markedly, the activity of SOD increased, and the decline of serum Na + and K + was inhibited, especially in the first two groups. In the same three groups, the activity of cerebrospinal CKP was markedly lower than that in the pathology group, with no marked difference between the first group and the control group but with marked difference between the last two groups and the control group. CONCLUSION Qingying Decoction has multiple pharmacological functions, such as protecting the brain tissue, maintaining the equilibrium of electrolyte, and antagonizing lipid peroxide. The effect of the decoction is closely related to the drugs for nourishing yin in the prescription of the decoction.
