摘要
目的 :观察乙型肝炎病毒是否通过产妇传播在胎儿大脑组织表达。方法 :采集 40例乙型肝炎产妇产下的死胎 ,常规尸检 ,取大脑组织 ,SP法检测HBcAg ;回访婴母产前静脉血HBV的检测结果 ,取百分率行U检验。结果 :HBcAg阳性颗粒在死胎的大脑胶质细胞浆、血管中点、灶状分布 ,大脑胶质细胞细胞核不着色。HBV呈单项阳性、小三阳、大三阳的婴母分娩的死胎大脑组织中HBcAg阳性率分别为 4/ 33、0 / 2、0 / 5。结论
Objective To observe if there were the express of HBcAg in the cerebral tissue of the did fetus infected by HBV by maternal-fetal transmission.Methods 40 cases cerebral tissues of dad fetus that the puerperal deherated with hepatitis virus B were detected HBcAg by immunocytochemistry(SP).Investigated the detection on HBV in the mother veins before deheraty.Result There were HBcAg in the cerebral tissues.They were mainly on the surface of the cerebral vessel and in the plasma of the astrocyte.They were not in the astrocyte nuclei.The positive cells were single or in clusters form distributed over the surface of the cerebral vessel and the plasma of the astrocyte.There were 8/33、0/2、0/5 cases express of HBcAg in the cerebral tissues of the dad fetus that the puerperal deherated with hepatitis virus B for only one ①HBVM+、②(HBcAg+HBeAb+HBcAb)and ③(HBcAg+HBeAg+HBcAb)in the mother veins before deheraty.Conclution There was the express of HBcAg in the cerebral tissue of the did fetus infected by HBV by matemal-fetal transmission.
