摘要
为研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)、地塞米松和维生素C对激光视网膜损伤的治疗作用 ,将采用氩离子激光照射致视网膜损伤的青紫蓝灰兔分 9组 (照射对照组、球后注射bFGF 0 .5、1 .0、2 .0 μ .k .3D组和地塞米松 1 .0m .k .3D ;肌肉注射bFGF1 .0、2 .0、4 .0 μ .k .D组和地塞米松 2 .0mg加维生素C 2 0 0 .0mg组 )。恒河猴分 4组 (照射对照组、bFGF 1 .0、2 .0 μ .k .3D组和地塞米松 1 .0m .k .3D组 )。通过视网膜电流图、检眼镜、眼底照相机、损伤斑面积测量、光镜和电镜观察 ,结果表明bFGF对视网膜损伤斑有明显的促进修复愈合作用。
To study what effect bFGF,dexamethasone and vitamin C has on laser-induced retina injuries.Chinchilla rabbits and rhesus monkeys whose retinas were injured by arg on ion laser were divided into nine (exposure control,retrobulbar injection bFGF0.5,1.0,2.0μ.k.3D and dexamethasone 1.0m.k.3D;intramuscular injection bFGF1.0,2.0,4.0μ.k.D,and dexamethasone 2.0*!mg addvitamin C 200.0*!mg) and four goups(exposure control,retrobulbar injection bFGF 1.0,2.0μ.k.3D and dexamethasone 1.0m.k.3D),respectively.Six items including electroretinogram,ophthalmoscopy,fundua photography,morphometry,histology and ultrastructure were used to examine the therapeutic effect.The results indicated that bFGF could accelerate the repair of the retina tissue and prevent the photoreceptor loss in laser injury retina of animals.
