摘要
目的 观察TGF - β对小鼠股骨骨折的修复能力及骨愈合过程。 方法 将TGF - β、PBS2 5 μL分别注射于小鼠股骨骨折处 ,连续注射 10天 ,分别于 7、 14、 2 1天进行X线摄片和骨折处切片光镜观察 ,并应用微机图像处理系统作骨痂内骨系细胞立体定量分析。结果 术后 2 1天给药组小鼠伤肢完全愈合 ,骨折线消失 ,骨髓腔再通 ;而对照组动物骨折处未愈合 ,断端清楚可见。结论 本实验证明了外源性TGF - β具有较强的生物活性 ,是强促分裂因子 。
Objective To observe the effect of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) on promoting the bone repair process and repair competence of mouse femoral bone fracture. Methods TGF-β and PBS 25 μl were separately injected to the site of mouse femoral bone fracture successivey for 10 days,we had taken X-ray film,sliced on fracture,observed with light microscope and made cell stereo-quantitative analysis on bone cell lineage within osteotylus by using computer image processing system on 7,14,and 21 days seperately. Results The wounded limbs repaired completely,fracture disappered and marrow cavity unobstructed again in experimental group with three weeks after operation,and bone fracture do not heal,breaking end is clear in the animals of control group. Conclusion Our findings demonstrate exogenous TGF has strong physiological activity,and it is a powerful mitogenic factor and can accelerate renovation of bone fracture.
