摘要
同一化学成分的稀土镁球墨铸铁,通过不同的热处理工艺,得到高、中,低强度的球铁,且断面收缩率皆大于5%,属经典力学中的韧性材料,断面收缩率小于5%的脆性材料,也不一定总发生脆性断裂事故,稀土镁铜钼合金球铁,通过适当工艺,可控制脆断发生。
Magesium-rare-earth spheroidal irons of the same chemical composition can be obtained in high, medium and low-strength irons respectivily by different heat treatment technologies, and with reduction of area more than five percent. The belong to the malleable materials of classical mechanics. In fact, the brittle material with less than 5% reduction of area does no always cause a brittle fracture accident. Moreover, if the magnesum-rare-earth spheroidal cast iron is treated with a suitable technology, brittle fracture can be avoided.
