摘要
金融创新是指金融领域内部通过各种要素的重新组合和创造性变革所创造或引进的新事物 ,金融创新是对当今影响最为深远、具有核心作用的因素和力量。金融创新工具的发展历史是创新人才发挥作用的结果 ,如何在我们的教育中增强创新人才的培养力度是我们应予关注的问题。
Financial Innovation, which means the new things created or introduced by the reformation of all elements and creative changes within the finacial field,is the most influential force at the core in our modern time.The history of the development of Finacial innovative tools is the outcome of functioning of innovative talents.Therefore,how to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents should be the focus of our attention.
