摘要
对电镀枪黑色锡镍铜合金工艺进行了实验研究 ,确定了以硫酸锡、氯化镍、硫酸铜为基础的镀液 ,选择了乙二胺、半胱氨酸添加剂 。
The technique of gun black color Sn-Ni-Cu alloy was researched. The experiment obtained electroplating bath solution basing on SnSO 4·NiCl 2·CuSO 4, selected ethylene diamine and cysteine as additives. It obtained high quality electroplating finishes of gun black color Sn-Ni-Cu alloy.
