摘要
简单论述了在干旱、低温、弱光、有毒气体等多种逆境条件下 ,蔬菜的几个主要生理指标和生理物质的相应变化 ,如 :在蔬菜受到伤害后膜脂过氧化作用中MDA的增加 ;过氧化物酶活性的提高 ;过氧化氢酶的活性在生长、衰老中的变化 ;可溶性蛋白质在低温条件下的增加 ;叶绿素在低温。
This paper simply stated the vegetables in adversity such as drought ,low temperature,weak light and so on,the variety of several physiological indexes and physiological matter such as the variety of MDA in membrane lipid per oxidation and the activation of POD and CAT.In the condition as weak light and low temperature,the content of chlorophyll was reduced and the soluble protein was increased.
