摘要
制约我国风险投资业发展的主要因素 ,是风险资本的来源和获利退出渠道不通畅。解决这一问题的途径是 ,制定税收优惠政策 ,提供投资法律保障 ,扩大风险资本来源 ,建立风险企业的“二板市场”。
The principal factors for restricting the development of the risk investment occupation of China is that the channel is obstructed of the sources of risk capital and withdraw from getting profit.the means for solving such a problem are;stipalating preferential policy of taxation、suggesting law protection of investment,enlarging the source of risk capital and establishing the market of pioneering an enterprise of enterprise of risks.
