摘要
台湾中部地区1999年9月21日凌晨1时47分遭遇芮氏规模高达7.3之内陆浅源强烈地震侵袭,造成二千余人死亡,万栋房屋倾倒,无数公共设施损坏。隧道结构由于深埋地下,一般认为受地震影响较小,惟经震后勘查成果显示,仍有为数不少之隧道于此次震灾中产生程度不等之损害。文章针对台湾中部四十余座山岳隧道之受损情形,依断层错动区、上盘、下盘及其他地区等三区位分别探讨隧道受震之影响,以作为营运中隧道维修及补强之依据,以及研拟隧道耐震设计规范之参考。
On 21st, September 1999, a serious earthquake on a Richard scale of 7. 3 happened in the middle of Taiwan, which results in more than two thousand people dead, many houses collapsed and large quantity of public facilities damaged. It is considered that tunnels get little influence since it is in deep underground. However it is discovered that many tunnels have been damaged at different extent after the earthquake. In this paper, damage of more than 40 mountainous tunnels in middle part of Taiwan are analyzed reviewing the influence of earthquake on tunnels in fault, over - wall and bottom wall as well as other zones, which can be taken as a reference for tunnel maintenance and anti-seismic design.
