摘要
在pH为 5的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,槲皮素与铝 (Ⅲ )形成二元荧光络合物 ,激发波长为 4 15nm ,发射波长为 4 86nm .槲皮素浓度在 4 .0× 10 - 6mol/L~ 1.4× 10 - 4mol/L范围内与荧光强度呈正比 .检出限为 2 .0× 10 - 6mol/L .所拟方法用于中草药鱼腥草、槐米、高良姜、柴胡中槲皮素的测定 。
The Optimum,Conditions are studied for the formation of the Quercetin-Al(Ⅲ)-Tween-80 fluorescence system, and a fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of Quercetin, In Tween-80 medium, complex composition is Quercetion:Al(Ⅲ)=1:1 under HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH=5.0), The maximum excitation wavelength is 415nm, and the maximum emission wavelength is 486nm, The Calibration graph is linear in the concentration range of 4.0×10 -6 ~1.4×10 -4 mol/L with a good correlation coofficient ( r =0.9997).The detection limit is 2.0×10 -6 mol/L.This simple method has been applied to the analysis of quercetin in plants with satisfactory results.
