摘要
简述了螺杆挤压机的历史、工作原理 ;分析比较了单螺杆和双螺杆挤压机的结构特点 .综述了螺杆挤压机在食品工业中的主要应用方面 ,生产淀粉膨化食品、蛋白质挤压食品、膨化饲料 ,还可作为特殊的化学和生化反应器 .提出今后对挤压机的重点研究方向为设备结构参数的优化设计 ,螺杆与机筒磨损的分析研究 ,通过对挤压膨化过程进行模拟。
This paper briefly discusses the history and principle of screw extruder.The structural feature of the single and twin screw extruder are compared.Then,their application in the food industry is intruduced.Now the screw extruder is used to produce the starch expanding food,protein expanding food,expanding feed,and to be reacting vessel in the biochemistry. In the future ,there are many important study fields on screw extruder.They are optimum design of extruder's parameter,the wear analysis of screw and fuselage,the improving of its automatic control quality by imitating and optimizing extrusion.
