摘要
应用AFS - 2 30型双道原子荧光光谱计进行了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定西红花柱头中硒的研究 ,方法中采用硝酸做介质 ,并对各种最佳分析条件进行了测定。线性范围为 1.5~ 15 μg/L ,相关系数R =0 .9999,回收率为 90 %~ 97%。采用标准曲线法对 4种不同产地的西红花干燥柱头中硒进行了测定。该方法操作简单、快速 ,精密度好 ,准确性高 ,检出限较低 ,经济 ,便于推广应用。
A method for determination of Se in saffron using AFS-230 hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was introduced. Detections were completed made in every possible best condition. The optimal analytical conditions in HClO 4-HNO 3 were examined. The detection limit is 0.5 μg/L. The linear range is 1.5 ~ 15.0 μg/L. The correlation coefficient is 0.9999, and the recovery rate is about 90%~97%. Se of saffrons from 4 regions was determined by standard curve method. The experiment results show that this method has low detection limit, high accurate, simple operation, fast and low cost. It's easy to be spread.
