摘要
炉内喷钙炉后活化 (LIFAC)烟气脱硫技术具有效率高、流程简单等特点 ;且经济性好 ,其基建投资仅为湿法烟气脱硫工艺的 5 0 %。在中国已有 3套LIFAC烟气系统投入商业运行。这 3套系统在试运行期间有些问题需进一步研究 ,利用流体动力学数值模式Ardemus。
A FGD technology of limestone injection into the furnace and activation of calcium oxide (LIFAC) is an economical and high efficient process that is suitable to coal fired power plants in China.The process has the features of simplification and low capital investment(50% lower than wet FGD system).Three sets of LIFAC FGD systems have been put into operation in China.Some issues were found and needed to be solved during their commissoning period.With help of computer fluid dynamic model of Ardemus,the problems were resolved now.
