摘要
将现代化学分析领域中使用的分析方法—裂解气相色谱法用于对生物质杨木和稻秆的快速裂解的研究中 ,并依据动力学的研究方法 ,建立了较为系统的裂解产物分析方法 ,考察了裂解温度、物料升温速度对产物分布的影响 ,在裂解温度 45 0℃ ,升温速度 5 0 0℃ /s,挥发性组分停留时间 0 9s下分别获得了质量百分比为 77% (杨木原料 ) ,6 5 % (稻秆原料 )的最大产液率。物料平衡的结果证明了裂解色谱研究方法行之有效 ,具有简单、投资少、快捷的优点 。
An analytical method was created in the research of biomass flash pyrolysis by pyrolysis gas chromatography, which can meet the need of studying on the kinetics and mechanism of biomass flash pyrolysis without the costly analytical apparatus. The results of material balance show that the analytical method is feasible. The experimental results from poplar sawdust and rice straw flash pyrolysis reveal that the product yield distribution is influenced greatly by the type of biomass, pyrolysis temperature and heating rate. The maximum liquid yields for poplar sawdust and rice straw were 77% in weight (68% organic matter and 9% water) and 65% in weight (50% organic matter and 15% water) respectively under the same operation condition: pyrolysis temperature 450°C, heating rate 500 °C/s and vapor residence time 0.9 s.
