摘要
在元器件质量和可靠性分析中 ,往往要确定试验和测试数据的统计分布规律 .针对元器件质量和可靠性问题的数据特点 ,采用非线性最小二乘法拟合方法 ,并开发了相应的计算机程序 ,用于自动确定数据的统计分布规律 ,对实际生产线采集的数据进行分析处理 ,其精度明显优于传统方法 .
When analyzing the quality and reliability of electronic parts, the statistic distribution of the testing data should be known. It is shown that the results of an analysis could be different greatly using different traditional methods. In view of the specific property of the testing data, a program is developed using the non linear least squares fitting method. The statistic distribution of the testing data can be obtained automatically with the program, with the results satisfactory in practical application.
