摘要
FeSiAl材料具有优良的磁性能和耐磨、耐蚀性 ,但由于其脆性限制了它的应用。我们采用粉末冶金工艺直接通过压制成形烧结方法生产磁头芯片 ,不但节省材料而且大大简化了磁头加工工艺 ,使磁头的成本大幅度的降低 。
