摘要
实施创新教育，首先要求教师具备创新意识与创新能力。本文对高校教师如何培养自身创新意识、提高创新能力进行了探讨。
Carrying out innovation education demands the teacher have the innovation consciousness and the innova-tion ability in the first place. What college teachers should do in order to raise their innovation consciousness and cultivate their innovation ability is discussed in this article.
