胎龄与新生儿贫血的关系探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的 :探讨胎龄因素对新生儿贫血的影响 ,了解两者之间的关系。方法 :把研究对象分 3组 :A组 :胎龄 <32周 ;B组 :32周≤胎龄 <37周 ;C组 ;胎龄≥ 37周 ;比较各组中贫血的比例及出现时间的早晚 ,以及分析外周血血红蛋白水平以比较各组贫血的严重程度。结果 :3组贫血的比例A组 >B组 >C组 ,生后出现贫血的时间的长短以及血红蛋白水平高低均为A组 <B组 <C组。结论 :胎龄越小 ,新生儿贫血的比例越高 ,贫血程度越重 ,出现时间越早。
