摘要
文章结合国家小康示范小区常熟“琴枫苑”的设计研究过程，详细阐述并介绍了太阳能技术在多层住 宅单元集中分用式热水系统中切实可行的节能构造措施，探讨太阳能热水器与建筑一体化的设计及节能等问题。
On the studies of the design for Changshu Qinfeng Yuan -the national demonstrated area, this article expounds in detail about the feasible tectonic measure of saving energy. By which solar energy technology is applied to the system of hot water separately supplied to the dwelling unit in multi-storied housing. And explores the design for integration of building with solar water heater, and the subject on saving energy, etc.
