摘要
根据D6 114柴油机的特点 ,结合摩擦学磨损机理 ,提出了影响磨合过程及磨合质量的主要相关参数。借助于油液监测的光谱、铁谱技术以及摩擦副表面的形貌测量 ,科学地制定了D6 114柴油机磨合工艺规范 ,设定了磨合过程负载、时间、转速等影响参数的最佳组合。通过实验对比选择了新配方的含非物理性添加剂的磨合油TR -CH9。按新磨合工艺参数组合、规范 ,可以在提高磨合质量的同时 ,缩短磨合时间 6 6 .6 % ,节省能源 。
According to the characteristic of model D6114 diesel engine and mechanism of friction, the primary relative parameters, which influence the running-in process and quality,have been proposed By means of the ferrographic, spectrographic for monitoring techniques and the surface shape measurement of the friction pairs, the technological running-in criterion of model D6114 diesel engines and the optimum combination of relative parameters such as load, time and speed have been produced scientifically. After a comparative experimental study the new running-in oil, TR-CH9 which contains a kind of non-physical additive, is selected. By applying the technological parameters combination and running-in criterion, the running-in time can be shortened by 66.6% while the running-in quality improved, which obviously means a higher efficiency and an economized energy consumption.
