摘要
设计了用于高重复率超短脉冲半导体激光脉宽测量的非共线二次谐波自相关测量装置。给出了实际测量结果。从理论上分析了该装置的时间分辨率。
Non-collinear second harmonic generation self-correlation for the pulsewidth of ultrashort semiconductor laser at high repetition rate is designed. The practical measurement result is given, and the resolution time of this equipment is analysed in theory.
