摘要
中国社会的特殊性在于 ,本来在世界历史中是历时态的现象 ,在中国却以共时态并存于现实发展之中。为了保证系统能够向着现代化的理想目标迈进 ,必须抓住系统的宏观序参量 。
Special characteristics of Chinese social system lie in that some diachronical phenomena in world history remain in real development chronically.To guarantee the ideal goal of system modernization,macroparameters should be attached much importance.Only in this way can every component of the system interact coordinately.
