摘要
结合并联机床数控采用以“PC+适配器”为硬件平台 ,以 Windows操作系统为软件平台建造样机的开放式数控系统 .着重研究数控系统的总体方案、硬件平台建造技术、多任务实时调度策略、用户界面设计技术及并联机床仿真技术 ,并按照软件工程思想编制了数控系统软件 .
Based on the characteristics of the interpolation algorithm that can be sequentially implemented in two steps in the trajectory control of parallel machine tool,this paper deals with the technique that the open architecture technique is used in the CNC system development with IPC+PMAC and Windows 98 as the hardware and software platforms.The contents of this paper include the CNC software and hardware development,real time multi task scheduler,user interface,and simulation.With the idea in software engineering,the CNC software package is developed by using VC++6.0 programming language.
