摘要
为解决国内凝固模拟软件中缩孔缩松预测判据比较单一的问题 ,满足用户使用多种判据从不同角度分析铸件缩孔缩松形成的需要 ,从实际应用出发 ,在自主开发的 FT-Star凝固模拟软件的基础上 ,改进和增添了多种缩孔缩松预测判据。用户可以根据需要方便地选用 ,并可从多种途径对铸件缺陷的形成进行定量或定性的分析。实际铸件分析表明该法效果良好。
Domestic solidification simulation software only provides a few prediction methods for shrinkage cavity and porosity formation in castings. However, different users want to analyze the formation of shrinkage cavities and porosity in castings in different ways. Several criteria for predicting shrinkage cavity and porosity formation were improved and added to the solidification simulation software FT Star. Users can conveniently choose these criteria based on their requirements to quantitatively or qualitatively analyze shrinkage formation in different ways, with excellent results achieved in analyzing practical castings.
