摘要
针对中原油田地层水矿化度高、温度高、井深的情况 ,研制了泡沫排水起泡剂NJS。NJS分子中碳链长度为12— 14,含有 OCC ,C =N和SO3 Na 基团。NJS在高矿化度 (1.0× 10 5mg/L)、高凝析油含量 (体积分数2 0 % )气井采出水中 ,在 90℃高温下有良好的起泡性能 ,与大多数常用缓蚀剂配伍。
A foaming agent, NJS, for draining accumulated liquid at the bottom of natural gas wells through gas/liquid foam formation and flow out of the well in the course of gas production is prepared according to a molecular design: molecular chain carbon number 12—14 and presence in the molecule groups C—O—C, C=N, and —SO 3Na. The laboratory evaluation of NJS is performed for foaming capacity and foam stibility in highly mineralized produced water( TSD =1.0×10 5 ppm) and in water/light distillate(8/2) mixture, thermal resistancy(90℃), and compatibility with most corrosion inhibitors commonly used. The technological aspects of foamover drainage of accumulated liquid by NJS are described and the results of trial use of NJS in 2 gas wells at Zhongyuan are presented.
