油田化学剂对低浓度HPAM/柠檬酸铝体系的影响 被引量:9

摘要 用微孔滤膜方法测定了油田用不同类型破乳剂 (9种 )、絮凝剂 (1种 )以及缓蚀阻垢剂 (3种 )对LPS交联体系的影响。LPS体系用HPAM(10 0mg/kg)和柠檬酸铝 (10mg/kg ,以Al3 + 计 )在清水中配成 ,化学剂加量 5 0mg/kg ,在 6 0℃反应 2天后通过平均孔径 3μm的滤膜 ,测定累计滤过时间与累计滤过体积关系曲线 ,以空白LPS和聚合物溶液为参比体系。结果表明 ,酚醛树脂类嵌段聚醚 (破乳剂 )和含磷酸基团的缓蚀阻垢剂对LPS影响很大。 The test oilfield chemical (of 9 demulsifiers, 1 flocculant, and 3 corrosion/scale inhibitors) in amount 50 ppm is introduced into an HPAM(100 ppm)/AlCit(10 ppm Al 3+ ) aqueous solution and the solution thus treated is let to complete crosslinking reaction at 60℃ over 2 days. The reacted solution is filtrated through filter paper of average pore size 3 μm to determine its flow resistance by constructing curve cumulative filtrate volume vz time with a reacted plain HPAM/AlCit solution, denoted morphologically as linked polymer solution(LPS), and a polymer solution as standards.The most impact i.e. decrease in flow resistance is observed for phenolic initiated block polyethers(demulsifiers) and phospho containing chemicals(corrosion/scale inhibitors). The experimental results are reasoned in terms of the chemical structure of the chemical agents.
