摘要 Orbit 36 0 0催化裂化催化剂是石油化工科学研究院和齐鲁石油化工公司催化剂厂合作为加工含钒重油 ,研制出新一代改性的超稳分子筛DM 1;采用加入胶态活性氧化铝的方式制备出具有大分子裂化活性的优良载体 ,并在载体中添加了特殊的捕钒物质而开发出的新型抗钒重油催化裂化催化剂。该催化剂在大连西太平洋石油有限公司重油催化裂化装置上与国外的优良重油催化剂进行了工业对比试验。试验结果表明 ,Orbit 36 0 0催化剂具有良好的抗重金属污染能力 ,在平衡剂ω(Ni+V) >110 0 0 μg/g时仍具有较高的催化裂化活性。使用该催化剂后 ,装置处理能力提高12 .1% ,轻质油收率高 ,干气和焦炭产率低 ,汽油研究法辛烷值增加 1.3个单位 ,催化剂单耗降低 ,是一种具有良好推广应用前景的加工高钒重油的催化裂化催化剂。 A new vanadium resistance cracking catalyst, Orbit 3600, for processing heavy oil was deve loped by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and Catalyst Complex of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. The catalyst was composed of a modified ultra stable zeolite DM 1 and a matrix prepared by adding colloidal active alumina having macromolecular cracking activity and a vanadium trapping substance. The catalyst has been used in the heavy oil FCC unit of WEPEC Dalian and compared with an imported advanced heavy oil cracking catalyst. The commercial application showed that Orbit 3600 was a metal tolerance catalyst, its activity was high at a Ni+V contamination more than 11 000 μg/g on the equilibrium catalyst. The throughput increased by 12.1% after using the said catalyst. It also exhibited the advantages of high light oil yield, low dry gas and coke yields, the RON of the naphtha increased by 3, and the catalyst makeup rate was decreased. The catalyst has the prospects for processing high vanadium heavy oils.
