不加氢条件下CT催化剂的乙烯聚合动力学 被引量:1

Kinetic Study of CT Catalyst in Ethylene Polymerization without Hydrogen Regulation

摘要 研究了CT催化剂在常压下的乙烯聚合动力学行为 ,采用动力学和相对分子质量法测定了CT催化剂体系的活性中心浓度 ,在此基础上对链增长速率常数等动力学参数进行了计算。研究结果表明 。 WT5BZ]CT catalyst is a new type titanium containing catalyst invented by Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry.It has high activity for ethylene polymerization.In this paper,the kinetics behavior of ethylene homopolymerization without hydrogen regulation in slurry system was studied under normal pressure with CT catalyst;the specific number of active centers[C ]and the propagation rate constants(k p)were determined by kinetic method.The high number of active centers and high propagation rate constants together account for the high activity of the catalyst system. [
