摘要
研究了用活性炭固载 PW12 杂多酸催化乳酸与正丁醇的酯化反应 ,探讨了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂重复使用次数等因素对反应的影响 ;在酸 /醇 (摩尔比 )为 1∶ 3 .0 ,催化剂用量为乳酸质量的 4 .0 % ,反应温度为 1 0 8~ 1 2 5℃ ,反应时间为 2 .0 h时 ,乳酸的酯化率达 97.6%。结果表明 ,该催化剂具有较高的催化活性和稳定性 。
Heteropolyacid PW 12 supported on activated carbon was used as catalyst in esterification of lactic acid and nbutyl alcohol and the effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows:the molar ratio of latic acid to nbutyl alcohol 1∶ 3.0 , quantity of catalyst to acid 4.0%(w), reaction temperature 108~125℃, reaction time 2.0 h, the conversion of the lactic acid was 97.6%. The experimental results showed that this supported heteropolyacid catalyst has high catalytic activity and stability, it can be used repeatedly for 5 batches.
