摘要
在通氮气条件下 ,以硝酸铈铵作引发剂 ,研究了壳聚糖和丙烯酰胺在不同反应条件下的接枝聚合反应 ,并用 IR、X射线对产物进行了表征。该反应的机理是按开环后产生 CH NH的方式进行的。反应接枝率和接枝效率较好的反应条件为 :反应时间 3 h,反应温度 3 0℃ ,m (壳聚糖 )∶ m (丙烯酰胺 ) =1∶ 6,引发剂浓度 [Ce4 + ]为 0 .5mmol/ L。
The graft copolymerization of Am(acrylamide) onto chitosan was investigated in nitrogen atmosphere using ceric amoniun nitrate as redox initiator, and the graft copolymer was characterized by IR and XRD. The reaction mechanism was proposed that the —CH=NH was produced in the reaction. The suitable conditions reaction for good grafting percentage and grafting efficiency were as follows: the reaction temperature 30 ℃, 3 h, m(chitosan)∶m(Am)=1∶6, initiator concentration 0.5 mmol/L.
