摘要
在FeCN系三元状态图 5 65℃共析温度以上 ,对球铁活塞件加氯、加钛进行催渗氮碳共渗处理 .试样经过金相分析、硬度测定 ,结果表明 :此类氮碳共渗工艺 ,具有渗速快、渗层硬度高的特点 ,化合物层随共渗温度的升高而增厚 ,致密性好 .用共渗工艺处理的球铁活塞件变形量小 ,耐磨性强 ,使用寿命有很大的提高 .
The nodular cast iron pistons were nitrocarburized with the catalytic of Cl and Ti over 565 ℃, the FeCN eutectoid temperature. The microstructure and hardness testing were carried out. The results show that the this kind of catalytic nitrocarburizing processes is: rapidin velocity and can get, high case hardness. The compound case thickness and the density increase with the rising of process temperature. The nodular cast iron piston parts treated with this method have less deformation, higher wear resistance and longer working life.
