摘要
纳滤膜是介于反渗透膜和超滤膜之间的一种压力驱动的新型分离膜 ,已成为近年来研究的热点 ,由于其截留分子量范围相对较窄 (2 0 0~ 10 0 0 )且孔径处于纳米级 (10 -9m) ,因此膜材质的选择及制备技术成为制备出高性能纳滤膜的关键。本文介绍了高分子纳滤膜的几种主要的制备工艺 ,并概述了近年来国内外在高分子纳滤膜材质。
Nanofiltration (NF) is a novel type of pressure driven filtration process with membranes whose molecular weight cut\|off (MWCO) lie between reverse osmosis membranes and ultrafiltration membranes,i.e.range between 200 and 1000g/mol,and NF membranes have nanopore radius (10 -9 m),so the selection of membranes material and preparation technique become the key to manufacture NF membranes with high properties.In this paper,several of main preparation techniques of polymeric NF membranes including L\|S phase separation way,transition way,co\|blending way,charging way and composite way were introduced,the research on the material,preparation methods of polymeric nanofiltration membranes and its performance and application in recent years were also reviewed.
